If you are looking for a tennis coach in the Peterborough area then we suggest you ensure they hold the correct qualifications. All tennis coaches should have passed a Lawn Tennis Association qualification or equivillant. If you select a tennis coach who is affiliated to the LTA then they should hold a full valid license. This means that the tennis coach has all the latest training, has a valid CRB certificate, holds public liability insurance and is first aid trained.
Tennis coaches range in price and this is based on their qualifications, experience and playing standard. Typically an individual tennis lesson will range from £15 – £35 for an hour.
If you are a beginner or 2nd team club player then you shouldn’t need to spend more than £20 per hour on a lesson. For those players representing the county or looking to compete regularly then we suggest spending a little more to ensure the best possible coaching available in this area.
PLEASE NOTE: Be cautious of any tennis coach who isn’t listed on the LTA tennis coaching directory, and under no circumstances should you use a tennis coach if they fail to produce a valid CRB certificate.
